Fries
Everyone loves a good batch of fries, right? They're the perfect side dish for any meal, and they're always a crowd-pleaser. They're great for dipping, perfect for sharing, and always delicious. They're easy to make and even easier to eat! Leftovers are great for a snack later.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg potatoes (type A or BA)
- 3.5 liters of water
- 25 ml apple cider vinegar
- 0.5-0.7 liters of rapeseed oil
- salt to taste
Steps:
- Peel the potatoes and cut into sticks.
- Boil water with apple cider vinegar in a large pot.
- Add potatoes to boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and dry them.
- Heat the rapeseed oil in a frying pan or deep pot.
- Fry the fries in batches for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Place the fries on a paper towel to drain excess fat.
- Season with salt to taste.
