Everyone loves a good batch of fries, right? They're the perfect side dish for any meal, and they're always a crowd-pleaser. They're great for dipping, perfect for sharing, and always delicious. They're easy to make and even easier to eat! Leftovers are great for a snack later.

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into sticks.
  2. Boil water with apple cider vinegar in a large pot.
  3. Add potatoes to boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Drain the potatoes and dry them.
  5. Heat the rapeseed oil in a frying pan or deep pot.
  6. Fry the fries in batches for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  7. Place the fries on a paper towel to drain excess fat.
  8. Season with salt to taste.
